Gas Grill Propane Tanks

I need a regulator to connect my gas grill propane tank to my feeding my house?

I am removing the small tank that comes with the grill and the connection to the propane supply line before entering the house. Do I need a regulator in line before connecting to the grid?

I the answer is no and the other answers are wrong. But I'm not sure. The person you want to call and ask one of those who supply their fuel. They often have the tank. This is what I know, When activities of natural gas to propane conversion part of the conversion is to insert a pin in the slider throttle open locks, to defeat it. So home appliances do not use the regulator. I have told them to use the controller built into the tank. But for the fact that they are running the controller in the tank and the regulator that usually belong to the propane company, we can not touch, do not do conversions at home. (We can do before a unit is sold). We let the propane company conversions. So they are asking that even if this is not a conversion. This is what I do not know, While the apparatus in the household does not use the built in regulator not know if the gas grill operates on the same pressure as a unit. The pressure regulator may be different, maybe not. But I'm sure the propane company will be happy to advise you. Good luck.
