I have to buy new burners for my gas grill. Does it make sense to purchase a new grille, too? It is six years old and I guess we could have grilled a few seasons more if these burners do the trick? It's $ 10.

How I can make my chef gas grill, a charcoal?
you just bought a gas grill because the search for a "good" charcoal grill became a problem. Is there something we could use to know as a charcoal grill, without turning it completely. We have plates heat distribution in the form of triangles on the road.
Use heavy aluminum foil to hold the wood chips (or chip box), make holes small in it, place on high heat, we prefer to Mesquite or Hickory chips, fast cooking, meat chips to enjoy 15 minutes over cooking time, + 1 hour soaking, this is a test trial and error, and this is what the grill is used, so adjust according to their own Grill …. I'm sure a handful of chips to soak for 15 to 20 min.s will be fine, wait for the development of smoke chips then put the meat and grilled food cook.Try to keep the lid closed as possible. =)
